Training is conducted once a week, on Thursday nights.

 

Cost is $45 per month, usually 4 classes.

 

Classes are held in the Mel Baker Hall of the

J.A. Dulude Arena, located at  941 Clyde Ave.

That’s Clyde Ave. off of Carling Ave.

 

Class times are from 7 PM till 9 PM

 

Weather permitting, in the spring, summer and fall,

additional classes may be held outdoors, at Riverside park, across from Billings Bridge Plaza. Times and days vary, but there isn’t any additional charge.
